Doug Finfrock, Head Coach, 16 & Under Girls
Coach Doug is entering his 6th year as Head Coach, and 9th year coaching at Riverside Water Polo. Doug played his high school water polo at Riverside Poly High, where he was a high school All American. He continued playing at Riverside Community College under Coach Dave Almquist, where he earned All American honors. He then went on to UC Irvine and was a 2 year starter for the Anteaters. He is the Assistant Coach for the Women's Water Polo team at RCC (State Champs 2005 & 2007) and will be coaching the 16 and Under Girls at Riverside Water Polo this year. He has recently completed his Master's Degree in Physical Education at Azusa Pacific University. Coach Doug has been coaching for 11 years now at the High School, Club and Collegiate levels.
Jason Northcott, 18 & Under Boys
This will be Coach Jason's fourth year coaching with Riverside Water Polo. He was born and raised in the Riverside area. Jason played his high school water polo at Jurupa Valley High, where he won 3 CIF Championships and was awarded All-American honors. Between one year at Riverside Community College, two years earning a culinary degree at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and five years as a professional chef, Jason was the assistant water polo coach at Jurupa Valley. For the past three years, Jason has enjoyed being the Assistant Men's Coach at Riverside Community College. Additionally, Jason is working to complete his bachelors degree in literature at Cal State San Bernardino and stays busy as a husband to his beautiful wife, Mae, and as father to his three-year old princess, Elizabeth, and almost one year old Ava.
Erik Geoffroy, 18 & Under Girls, 16 & Under Boys
Coach Erik is entering his third season coaching at Riverside Water Polo. He will be the head coach of the 18 and Under Girls and 16 and Under Boys teams. Erik played his high school water polo at Los Alamitos High where he was a CIF champion. He continued his playing career at Cal State Long Beach, where he was a 2 time All American and is third in scoring in school history. Erik has trained in both Hungary and Croatia, and has previously coached at Long Beach Shores and OCWP. He currently works at Crown Paper Converting, is married to his beautiful wife Kacee. The two of them have begun growing the RWP family with the addition of their first child, Capri.
Casey Greenawalt, 14 & Under Boys/Girls, 12 & Under Boys/Girls, 10 & Under

Coach Casey has been a part of Riverside Water Polo since its inception in early 90's. He played for great coaches such as Damien Andrews, Dave Almquist, Bill Grisham and Nate Hass. As a player, he received several All American, All League, All Conference, All State, All CIF & All Tournament honors. Casey's playing career was highlighted by a CIF championship, a 5th place finish at the National Junior Olympic Tournament at the 18&U level, and a third place finish at State while at RCC. He received his AA and AS while playing at RCC. Recently, Casey graduated from UCR with BA in History. He currently is the assistant water polo coach at KING high school and has now been coaching for seven years. He also has two amazing children who are his best assistants on the deck.
Jeremy Rausa, 14 & Under Girls Assistant
Coach Jeremy is in his second year coaching at Riverside Water Polo, but has been coaching for three years now. He has coached at his alma mater, Riverside Poly for the past 3 summers. Jeremy started playing with Riverside Water Polo when he was 11, and earned a bronze medal a few years later alongside his 14 and Under teammates. After 4 years at Poly, Jeremy left with back to back CIF titles to continue his education at UC Riverside. Next year, Jeremy plans to co-enroll at UCR and RCC in hopes of not only winning a state title with the Tigers, but also to begin training for the Philippine National Team. Currently Jeremy is working hard to finish his undergraduate studies and aspiring to attend professional school to become a general dentist.
Casey Finfrock, 18/16 & Under Boys Assistant, Goalie Coach
Coach Casey is entering his 7th year coaching at Riverside Water Polo. Casey played his high school water polo at Riverside Poly High, where he was a high school All American. He continued playing at Riverside Community College under Coach Dave Almquist, where he was a two time All American. He then went on to the University of Redlands, where he was a two time All American and named the SCIAC Player of the Year. He then worked as the Assistant Coach at the University of Redlands for two years, filling in as the Interim Head Women’s Water Polo Coach his final season at Redlands. Casey recently completed his Master’s Degree in Education at the University of Redlands and currently works at Poly High School as a math teacher and the Head Coach of the Boy’s Water Polo Team. Coach Casey has been coaching 8 years now at the High School, Club, and Collegiate levels.
