Our Mission

RWP’s mission is to teach fundamental water polo skills, instill a passion for the sport in others, develop high water polo IQ, and execute successful game strategy. Our athletes develop the skills and experience for long-term success that is required to compete at an elite level in high school and in college, through quality year-round coaching and competition. RWP also focuses on building up well-rounded athletes that exemplify discipline, responsibility, respect, leadership, teamwork, commitment, and composure. These life skills will not only positively impact themselves, but their community. Furthermore, we understand that these values will result in excellent work ethic, a positive culture, and competitive play.
